Delivery and hiring details

Based in Blackpool, we can deliver to Lancashire on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays after 5pm or on Sundays all day.  You can keep the product you hired for up to three days. If delivery is not available for when you need it,  We can deliver sooner or collection from Blackpool can be arranged.

Payment for the hire must be made within one week before the delivery date. If payment is not received, delivery will not be made.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Lancashire directly from our base in Blackpool. Whether your venue is on the Fylde coast, in Preston, Lancaster, Ribble Valley, or surrounding Lancashire towns,.

Do you use courier services or deliver yourselves?

We never use third-party couriers. As a family-run Lancashire business, we personally transport every sign and giant rose.

Who sets up the welcome sign at the venue?

We take care of the entire setup ourselves if the wedding is on a Sunday. But during the week we are only available after 5pm for deliveries and set up eventually. But we give the consent to the venue to move and place our signs and flowers wherever the bride and groom want.

When do you collect the items after the wedding?

We arrange collection times directly with your wedding coordinator. Collections typically take place either at the end of the evening or the following day, depending on venue access policies and requirements.

Can the signs be displayed outdoors?

Our metal and rustic dark oak wooden frames are sturdy and suitable for covered entranceways or dry, sheltered outdoor areas. However, because our giant white roses are crafted art pieces, we advise moving displays indoors during wet weather or high winds.

How far in advance should we reserve our date?

We recommend booking as early as possible. We'd suggest getting in touch at least 2 months before your wedding to secure your date. However if we are available, we accept last minute orders.

Can I customise the wording on the sign?

Absolutely. The sign is personalised with your names and wedding date as standard. If you'd like something extra, just mention it when you enquire and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do you make floral table decorations?

No, for now we only deal with welcome signs with giant roses. But more roses can be hired to make a magical entrance for the bride.
